The problem of domestic violence is a "closed" topic for the Uzbek society. Many see this problem as an “everyday problem” and believe that no one should interfere in family affairs. Recently, we have been witnessing various high-profile cases of domestic violence covered in social networks and the media. In response, the government created a special working group to prevent domestic violence and provide practical assistance to victims of domestic violence
