Abstract

Scientific article focuses on the scientific analysis of the concept of human rights in a broad sense today, on the basis of international standards, and at the same time on the basis of reforms in this regard. In addition, international human rights standards refer to a set of principles and guidelines that have been established by international agreements and treaties to protect and promote the rights and freedoms of individuals around the world. The implementation of international human rights standards is crucial in ensuring that all individuals are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race, gender, religion, or any other characteristic. Compliance with these standards is not only a moral imperative but also a legal obligation for states that have ratified international human rights treaties.
