Целью исследования явилось определение ассоциации распространенности ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС) и динамики физической активности у мужчин 25-64 лет узбекской популяции.
Материалы и методы. Исследование проводилось с использованием стандартной анкеты ВОЗ выборка была сформирована из избирательных списков граждан одного из районов г. Самарканда –мужчины 25-64 лет в количестве 100 человек. Выделение различных форм ИБС осуществлялось на основании стандартных методов, используемых в эпидемиологических исследованиях. Выделяли «определенную» ИБС (ОИБС) и «возможную» ИБС (ВИБС). Динамика физической активности за последние 12 месяцев оценивалась по анкете «Знание и отношение к своему здоровью».

Early diagnosis and effective treatment of periodont diseases during pregnancy is one of the pressing problems in dental practice today. Also, the highest incidence of periodont disease at its origin, dental caries, is 90.8%. The leading role in the spread of periodont diseases during pregnancy is played by diseases of the organ and system, diseases of the endocrine system, diseases of the blood and blood – creating organs, diseases of the digestive system. According to many scientists, inflammatory and destructive processes of periodont tissue during pregnancy are observed in 65-90% of cases, and their prevalence in the prenatal period is 100%.

The hormonal imbalance associated with puberty affects the epithelium of the gums, which in turn depends on the clinical and functional characteristics of the parodont. From these positions, the oral cavity is seen as an ecological system in which different biological processes interact together, causing multidirectional pathological processes. However, it does not allow you to completely solve the tasks set in front of the above, which leads to the need to look for the most rational, effective and pathogenetically based diagnostic methods. The literature places great emphasis on local risk factors that aggravate the course of chronic hypertrophic gingivitis [1.3.5].

APPLICATION OF ORTHODONTIC DEVICES IN CHILDREN WITH HIGH JAWPROTROSIS WITH REGARD TO THE PRIKUS CONDITION

In children with upper jawprotrosis, the palate of the orthodontic device consists of a bracket, a metal button with an arc hole, which is fixed to the tooth in a distal position from the side of the palate. A partial arc is placed between the bracket and the button, on which an arc is placed from the opening nitinol (Nabiev N. V. (2017) there is a known way to distalize and rotate the first molar teeth of the upper jaw using the apparatus put into practice by the author. The pendulum device consists of: orthodontic coatings (rings), arc and palate acrylic button. Orthodontic coatings are made by simple or thin—walled (thickness 0.15-0.18 mm) stamping in accordance with the generally accepted technology of coating production. Orthodontic rings can be made from stamped orthodontic coatings (cutting the chewing surface), chrome-nickel tape 0.15-0.2 mm thick and 3.5 to 6 mm wide, and standard blanks. Orthodontic rings are fixed to the first molar teeth of the upper jaw. The orthodontic arch is the strengthening element of the structure. The palate acrylic button is its support.

Up to this point, there is no single opinion on the importance of gender in the occurrence and development of caries. Lesions of hard tissue with caries account for 87% in males and 95% in females.

Considering that at the age of 35-45, most patients already have 4-5 extracted teeth, most of which are due to inflammatory processes in periodontal tissues, the urgency of this problem becomes clear. It should be added to the above that teeth with inflammatory processes in the periodontium often cause the most severe odontogenic inflammatory processes, including acute odontogenic sepsis, intracranial inflammatory processes, odontogenic mediasthenitis, autoimmune diseases of the heart, kidneys, joints. Some authors are convinced that in 98-99% of cases, periodontitis is the root cause of extensive phlegmon of the maxillofacial region, which pose a serious threat to the health and life of the patient. The exceptional importance of this problem is also indicated by the fact that teeth with necrotic pulp, with a focus of inflammation in the apical part of the root, are foci of chronic infection and are capable of causing all kinds of foci-conditioned diseases - these are pathological conditions of organs and body systems, the origin of which is associated with a certain localized focus.
