The role of robots in tourism of Uzbekistan

Keywords: Robot, artificial intelligence, Porter robots, hospitality

Abstract

The field of tourism is developing day by day, and technology in this field leads to higher results. Tourism currently uses such technology areas. For example, event robots in Dubai are improving, as hospitality receives new technology to improve product production. Manufacturing products in Dubai, Earth One Technology, is currently at the forefront of manufacturing new hospitality robots (Hotel Robots, 2022). Now we will pay attention to the opinion of the vice commissioner of the Japan Tourism Agency. “Technological advances are making it easier for people to travel, and we now live in an era where 1.2 billion people travel abroad every year. Travel directly promotes human and cultural development, creating a foundation for people to learn more about each other’s culture and the importance of their lives and live in harmony. Technologies have contributed immeasurably to such changes (Furusawa, n.d, as cited in UNWTO, 2016). The technology is also being used at a high level in Asian countries such as Thailand, Malaysia and others. But this Uzbekistan is far behind. We need to monitor our own image in our country and in the minds of tourists from such technologies. And this year we will study current problems.
