Abstract

This article discusses the strategy of politeness between communication strategies. People use communication to carry out social activities. Communication can only be achieved through the use of a tool that is used to express and receive interactive ideas, thoughts and feelings, i.e. language. The way people communicate is very complicated. Although this is a very controversial topic, the claim that fully discloses how human communication works is still unproven.
